MANHATTAN BEACH - Although the Parks Department has cleaned up the Holocaust Memorial Park that was littered with garbage, residents say the bay itself has not gotten the same treatment.

Four boats that were held at a nearby marina capsized during the storm and are now resting in the Sheepshead Bay along with other debris.

Residents worry that Sheepshead Bay will be forgotten about during the ongoing cleanup by the Parks Department and that the garbage will become a permanent fixture in the area.
