BROOKLYN - The city's Department of Environmental Protection is conducting tours in time for Valentine’s Day that are aimed at couples who shun the traditional.

This is the fourth year the DEP is running romantic tours of a sewage plant.

Couples were able to tour the Newtown Creek Waste Water Treatment Plant.

Organizers say tickets for today’s three tours were completely sold out.
