EAST FLATBUSH - Officials with the Diocese of Brooklyn say low enrollment is forcing sweeping changes, including shuttering some Catholic schools in the borough.

Flatbush Catholic Academy and Saint Vincent Ferrer are among the schools set to be closed.

"I was hoping the Diocese would be more generous and give our children the opportunity to be in a situation where they are already flourishing," says one concerned parent.
