Director and Brooklyn native Spike Lee honored for ‘Do The Right Thing’
The iconic film, "Do the Right Thing," marks its 25th anniversary.
Director and Brooklyn native Spike Lee was honored today by the borough president for the film, as well as its influence on the American Civil Rights movement.
Lee was presented with a proclamation that this Saturday will be "Do the Right Thing Day" in Brooklyn.
