BROOKLYN - Many of "man's best friends" were getting into the Halloween spirit in Coney Island.

Dozens of dogs big and small walked through Luna Park on Sunday for the annual Dog Parade and Costume Contest.

Some costumes in the parade included Superman and a devil. Some owners even dressed up like their pets.

One of the contest judges was actress Kathryn Erbe from "Law and Order."

The winner of the costume contest received six months of free dog treats, and their owner won $100 and free rides at the park.
