BROOKLYN - Dominican Republic flags waved with pride in Williamsburg today as residents celebrated their rich heritage at the annual Dominican Parade and Festival.

Music blared for hours on Graham Avenue and hundreds of people gathered for the parade. It was followed by an all-day festival at Eastern High School.

This marked the event's 13th year, and its organizers decided to dedicate the event to health care.
