Dozens of alleged gang members arrested in bust

(09/16/10) BROOKLYN - U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents say they have arrested nearly two dozen alleged gang members, including some that lived in Brooklyn.

Officials say the suspects have a long history of rape, drug trafficking and robbery charges and are members of the Latin Kings, Wild Chicanos and Nino Malas gangs. During the two-week operation, officials arrested a total of 23 suspects from the Brooklyn, The Bronx, Queens and Long Island, and recovered two loaded weapons.
