BROOKLYN - A pharmacist from Brooklyn is facing a $40 million sexual assault lawsuit.

Lebanese tourist Hayat Ammouri says Monesh Hanoman offered her a free blood pressure test and offered to check her breasts for lumps at the Duane Reade he worked at in Manhattan.

Court papers say the victim agreed, "reasonably thinking" it was an exam offered by the drugstore.

Duane Reade says it regrets the incident, and has fired Hanoman.
