A group of tenants in East Flatbush who claim their landlord refuses to address poor conditions in their building are planning to file a lawsuit.

BROOKLYN - A group of tenants in East Flatbush who claim their landlord refuses to address poor conditions in their building are planning to file a lawsuit. Residents living in the complex at 665 New York Ave. say they're dealing with problems like mice and crumbling ceilings. The group claims their landlord, Urban American Management, has failed to make necessary repairs, resulting in unsanitary and dangerous conditions.
