CROWN HEIGHTS - An elderly man was killed earlier today in Crown Heights when he was struck by a traffic-enforcement vehicle. The man, 87-year-old Theauther Love, was hit at around 7 a.m. near Eastern Parkway and Bergen Street. The traffic agent behind the wheel was not arrested. Police say it appears to be an accident.
