BROOKLYN - The man accused of burning a 73-year-old woman alive in a Prospect Heights elevator has been indicted on first-degree murder charges. Police arrested Jerome Isaac on Sunday after they say he sprayed Delores Gillespie with gas and set her on fire in her apartment building.
