EMT Victor Cadicomo arrested after explosives and guns are allegedly found at his Brighton Beach home
BRIGHTON BEACH - An FDNY employee is under arrest after police allegedly found explosives and guns at his home in Brighton Beach.
Police say they responded to a 911 call at around 9 a.m. Thursday from the wife of EMT Victor Cadicomo. She had called police, claiming her husband had threatened her with a gun.
Cadicomo was arrested and police allegedly removed guns from his home. Investigators say he later told them he also had explosives in his home. The bomb squad removed two alleged devices and took them to the NYPD's firing range for examination.

Cadicomo has been charged with criminal possession of a weapon, menacing and harassment. An FDNY spokesman says he faces possible suspension without pay.
