BROOKLYN - A former Brooklyn resident has been charged with killing his wife in New Jersey.

The husband, Kashif Parvaiz, was also wounded in the attack in Boonton, N.J. that killed his 27-year-old wife, Nazish Noorani. He and another woman, Antoinette Stephen, face charges of murder, conspiracy and weapons offenses.

"Within hours of the crime, it was obvious to investigators that this was sadly the alleged handiwork of the victim's husband - who allegedly did the unthinkable, plotting the murder of his wife after a religious celebration," says Morris County Prosecutor Robert Bianchi.

Pervaiz is from Brooklyn, but the couple moved away about a year ago. BK woman killed, husband shot while walking with son
