BENSONHURST - The family of a mentally challenged Bensonhurst teenager say he traveled the city's subway system for 11 days while they frantically searched for him.

Family members say 13-year-old Francisco Hernandez Jr. boarded a D train at the Bay Parkway Station and proceeded to travel through four boroughs.

Transit police found the teen more than a week later inside a Coney Island station.
