BROOKLYN - The family of a Crown Heights man suffering from hypertension and diabetes says he died this morning after emergency officials were unable to give him the dialysis that he needed. Family members say Ellerly Kinlock, 67, called 911 five times from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. yesterday, but never received any medical attention.

City ambulance officials say getting to the dialysis patient was difficult due to the weather conditions.
