BROOKLYN - The family of a Brooklyn man accused of terror charges is keeping their silence along with him.

Betim Kaziu, 21, was indicted Thursday on charges of conspiracy to commit murder in a foreign country and conspiracy to provide materials to supply terrorists. His lawyer has refused to comment

Though Kaziu's family also refused to talk to News 12 Brooklyn, his Ocean Parkway superintendent expressed disbelief. Sammy Duraku called Kaziu a nice person and described his family as hardworking.

Kaziu faces up to life in prison if convicted.
