BOROUGH PARK - The family of a woman killed in a hit-and-run is seeking justice nearly eight months after their loved one was killed.

Marlene Zotti was struck and killed at Ninth Avenue and 43rd Street last year. Zotti's brother, Robert Medina, says his sister was dragged all the way down to Ninth Avenue and 42nd Street.

Medina, of Borough Park, says the pain of losing his sister never gets easier. He says he wants to send the message that people should think about their actions.

Marco Ortiz, the man police say was the driver who struck Zotti, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident. Ortiz pleaded not guilty.
