Family of Leiby Kletzky sues alleged killer and his father

BROOKLYN - The family of Leiby Kletzky is suing the man accused in its 8-year-old boy's murder and the suspect's father.

Prosecutors say Levi Aron kidnapped, killed and dismembered the Borough Park boy.

Officials say that parts of the boy's body were found in Aron's Kensington apartment.

The Kletzky family is seeking $100 million from Aron and the same amount from his father, claiming he should have known what was going on inside the building that he owned.
