Family of missing BK cafe owner continues search

BROOKLYN - The family of missing cafe owner, Joshua Rubin, say they are continuing to search for him after his disappearance nearly three weeks ago.

Rubin, who recently opened a cafe in Ditmas Park, was last seen leaving his Kensington home on Halloween.

Rubin is a Type 1 diabetic who can suffer memory loss and even die if he does not receive his medication.

A private investigator says he has searched about 75 different locations from churches to homeless shelters hoping he would turn up.

A $5,000 reward has been offered for information leading to the return of Rubin.
