BROOKLYN - Police say they are searching for a 69-year-old man with a mental illness from East New York. 

Thell Bullock has been missing since Tuesday night. According to his family, he was last seen leaving his house around 11 p.m. on Bradford Street in blue jeans, a dark blue striped shirt and blue Adidas sneakers. 

They say Bullock is a 5-foot-9 black man with brown eyes and black hair, weighing about 180 pounds. 

Bullock’s family says he suffers from dementia and seizures. They are searching for him throughout Brooklyn and the Bronx, where he worked at a laundromat for nearly 50 years.
