BROOKLYN - FBI agents have charged more than 10 people in a major health care fraud bust.

The suspects have been charged with participating in Medicare fraud and money-laundering offenses in Brooklyn and Queens.

Prosecutors say three Brooklyn health clinics paid kickbacks to Medicare beneficiaries. Authorities say they used the beneficiaries' names to bill Medicare for $71 million worth of services that were never provided. Information from the Associated Press was used in this report.
