FDNY worker: Noose found in locker after suing for race bias

BROOKLYN - FDNY electrician Gregory Seabrook says a noose was left in front of his locker.

Seabrook, who is black, found the noose Thursday at the FDNY facility at 87 Union St. in Brooklyn, his lawyers said yesterday.

He and four other minority electricians filed a lawsuit stating the fire department overlooks minority electricians for overtime opportunities and promotions.

Seabrook, who has worked for the department for 20 years, says he is very upset about the incident.

The department says it is investigating the incident.
