BROOKLYN - The deadline to register for federal disaster aid following Tropical Storm Irene has been extended again.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is giving residents until Dec. 15 to apply for help.

Homeowners can get money for home repairs, damaged household items and even clothing.
