BROOKLYN - A fire has badly damaged a landmarked building in Sheepshead Bay.

The Lundy's Landing Shopping Plaza at 1901 Emmons Ave. is home to several businesses, including the Cherry Hill Market, which is where the FDNY says it started at around 9:30 a.m Thursday.

It took about 100 firefighters an hour to get the flames under control. Two of them suffered minor injuries, but no one else was hurt.

Business owners say they've only just recovered from Superstorm Sandy, which flooded the building last October.

The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
