(09/13/10) BROOKLYN - Transit officials are investigating a fire that forced commuters to evacuate the "L" train line's First Avenue station.

The line was temporarily shut down between 8th and Bedford avenues in both directions while the fire was extinguished.

No injuries from the fire have been reported.
