BROOKLYN - Firefighters took only 15 minutes to extinguish a building fire near Prospect Park Wednesday morning, officials say.

The fire began around 10:45 a.m. at Prospect Park West and 16th Street, officials say.

A witness posted video showing smoke and flames billowing from the top of the building to the News 12 Facebook page.

There were no injuries, firefighters say.
