BROOKLYN - Big changes could be on the way for a Downtown Brooklyn restaurant known for some of the best cheesecake around.

The owners of Junior's are planning to sell their Flatbush Avenue location to make way for a new condo building.

According to owner Alan Rosen, the property will not be sold unless Junior's stays at the location.

The Flatbush Avenue Junior's has been open for nearly 65 years and has become a Brooklyn staple. This past October, President Barack Obama stopped by the location.

Realtors estimate the location is probably worth three times as much as it was a decade ago.
