BAY RIDGE - More than 100 students from Fort Hamilton arrived back in the borough today after a long trip to Disney World was extended due to a broken down bus.

Late Sunday night, the bus carrying the students broke down along the side of a Florida freeway, where it remained for almost 10 hours as the students waited for a replacement bus.

Although only one of the three Coach buses broke down, all stuck together and remained on the side of the highway for help to arrive.

The school's band, orchestra and concert choir were in Florida for a music festival.
