BROOKLYN - A special informational session is being held in Brooklyn tonight to help immigrants take advantage of the Dream Act. The Obama administration policy would defer deportation for young illegal immigrants and make it easier for them to get better jobs and pay for college. The forum is being hosted by Rep.
