BROOKLYN - A fourth officer who was on the scene the day Michael Mineo was allegedly sexually assaulted testified against his colleagues Wednesday.

Officer Noel Jugraj was with the three officers who face charges, but was not charged in the alleged attack. Though prosecutors called Jugraj to the stand, he told the jury his back was turned and he didn't witness any sexual abuse. Jugraj also said Mineo was violent during the encounter and had to be subdued against a wall.

Prosecutors say there is forensic evidence of DNA matching Mineo's on Officer Richard Kern's baton, which may have been used during the alleged assault.

Kern is charged with aggravated sexual abuse and assault.
