A Brooklyn chef started her own hot sauce company and is doing well.

RED HOOK - A Brooklyn chef is spicing things up with her very own brand of hot sauce.

Boerum Hill chef Erica Diehl started Queen Majesty about a year and a half ago. She made it from scratch with local ingredients and it comes in two flavors. She has already sold thousands of bottles.

At Fleishers, a butcher shop in Park Slope, Queen Majesty is selling like it's hot.

Those who try Queen Majesty say it is hot but flavorful.
