PARK SLOPE - Fries aren't just a side, they're the main course at one Park Slope restaurant.

Perfect Potato serves homemade Belgian-style fries. Diners get to pick their sauce as well as toppings like beef, pork and veggies for their spuds.

More adventurous diners can try the poutine – a French-Canadian dish that combines fries with gravy and cheese curd. 

Owner Stephanie Seitman says the goal at Perfect Potato is simple.

"Everyone leaves here happy," she says.
