BROOKLYN - Loved ones said a final farewell yesterday to a beloved Brownsville pastor who was struck and killed by an NYPD traffic-enforcement car.

Theauther Love, 87, was hit while taking his usual morning walk on Eastern Parkway two weeks ago. He had served as an assistant minister at the New Frontier Baptist Church on Dean Street for more than 20 years.

The NYPD says that no criminality was involved in the accident.
