BROOKLYN - Straphangers looking to ride the G-line this weekend will have to find another way to get around town.

The MTA is shutting down the entire G-line for track maintenance. Free shuttle buses will run from Queens Plaza to Jay Street.

This is the second weekend service outage and for some it's a nightmare. Commuters say it is taking them much longer to get around. One commuter said a 25-minute trip took almost two hours.

Weekend work on the G-line is set to continue until Feb. 8.
