BROOKLYN - State police say an autopsy will be performed tomorrow on Laura Garza, the Bay Ridge woman whose remains were found this week in a remote part of Pennsylvania.

Garza disappeared in 2008 after leaving a Manhattan nightclub with convicted Orange County sex offender Michael Mele.

Police in Pennsylvania said today they are still searching the area where Garza's remains were found for more clues into the slaying. Pennsylvania authorities are also working to determine if Mele's car had been spotted in the area.
