BROOKLYN - An organization is making special deliveries to the doorsteps of people suffering from HIV, AIDS, cancer and other major illnesses.

More than 900 volunteers delivered turkey, sweet potatoes, vegetables, pumpkin soup and dessert as part of an effort by Brooklyn organization God's Love We Deliver.

Organizers say the meals are tailored to the needs of each client by a registered dietician. Each household also got a holiday gift basket with treats.
