BROOKLYN - State Sen. Martin Golden (R-Brooklyn) is fighting to keep two men convicted of killing a police officer behind bars.

The lawmaker says the two men, who are up for parole, should remain in prison for killing police Officer Harry Ryman, who was shot outside his Flatlands home in 1980.

Golden says the men should remain in prison for the rest of their lives.
