EAST NEW YORK - An emotional reunion was held in Brooklyn between the good Samaritan and the missing 11-year-old boy she found on the subway.
Alana Joseph was on the No. 4 train in Union Square on her way to work Monday morning when she spotted 11-year-old Kareem Granton on the train. Granton had been missing from his East New York home since last Wednesday.
Joseph recognized Granton and alerted the conductor, who stopped the train while Joseph found a police officer. Granton was then reunited with his parents.
