SUNSET PARK - A Sunset Park deli, the brainchild of two friends, is serving up good kosher and non-kosher food across Brooklyn.

Avi Oliel and Lenny Spada met several years ago and formed NY Gourmet Salads. The business operates out of two kitchens in separate buildings to accommodate kosher regulations. NY Gourmet Salads serves the public as well as grocers and other businesses.

Spada and Oliel employ a diverse group of employees. The men believe their ongoing commitment to providing quality food will keep customers coming back for more.
