ALBANY - Gov. Andrew Cuomo delivered his State of the State address today, listing his administration's accomplishments and proposing new initiatives.

In the address, Cuomo called for the legalization of medical marijuana at 20 hospitals in the state.

Cuomo also cited a report calling LaGuardia Airport the worst airport in the country, which he called unacceptable. The governor proposed modernizing John F. Kennedy International Airport and LaGuardia to bring them up to standards.

As far as other transportation concerns in the city, he wants to expand Metro-North service in the East Bronx.

Cuomo also proposed installing the country's most advanced weather detection system in New York in the wake of Superstorm Sandy.
