GOWANUS - Many residents in the Gowanus Houses remain without power more than a week after Sandy struck the metropolitan area. With temperatures continuing to drop and today?s nor?easter bringing snow to the area, residents of the five buildings without power say the lack of hot water and heat has become a major issue.
