BROOKLYN HEIGHTS - Some Brooklyn Heights residents say local homes and businesses are being vandalized by a graffiti artist with the tag "GUDER."

Tim Oltmans, the owner of Jack the Horse Tavern on Hicks Street, says his restaurant has been hit twice. Oltmans says he'll need the exterior of his business repainted after completing renovations just a few weeks ago.

Police say there have been multiple reports filed about the graffiti in the 84th Precinct. They are investigating the incidents as vandalism.
