A group van service for commuters affected by bus cuts is not coming to the Brooklyn.The taxi and limousine commission's Pilot Van rideshare project is

BROOKLYN - A group van service for commuters affected by bus cuts is not coming to the Brooklyn.

The taxi and limousine commission's Pilot Van rideshare project is only starting out with three lines, five in the Bronx and two in Queens.

The vans will charge a flat fee as low as $2 per passenger.

The Pilot Lines will start around August 16.
