KENSINGTON - Tenants of an apartment complex on Westminster Road are accusing the building owners of neglect for ignoring a growing mice infestation.

According to residents, the rodents began to appear in October. Despite exterminator visits twice a month, residents say the problem persists.

Tenants say due to the owner?s lack of reaction to the problem, they have been forced to find their own solutions. One resident says she has resorted to putting tape over her radiator to keep the mice out.

As many as 60 tenants have signed a petition asking management to get rid of the rodents.
