Hannah Harris charged after SUV crashes through fence and onto Q subway train near Kensington

KENSINGTON - Police have a woman in custody after she allegedly crashed her SUV through a fence and onto the top of a subway train.

Hannah Harris, 20, allegedly crashed her SUV through a fence on East 16th Street and Albemarle Road at around 5 a.m., then fled the scene on foot. Police say she later turned herself in at the 67th Precinct.

The SUV landed on top of a Q train. The MTA had to make service changes for commuters during the morning rush. Debris also ended up on the tracks but has since been removed.

Harris has been charged with filing a false report and leaving the scene of an accident.
