Police have a woman in custody after she allegedly crashed her SUV through a fence and onto the top of a subway train.

Hannah Harris, 20, allegedly crashed her SUV through a fence on East 16th Street and Albemarle Road at around 5 a.m., then fled the scene on foot. Police say she later turned herself in at the 67th Precinct.
