(08/02/10) CROWN HEIGHTS - Hasidic rapper DeScribe has debuted a new music video he says is intended to promote racial harmony.

The rapper held a press conference earlier today where he said that communication between the black and Jewish communities in Crown Heights is still not where it should be.

The video comes nearly 20 years after the Crown Heights riots. DeScribe said he created the song and video because of a racially motivated e-mail that was circulating in his community. The e-mail was allegedly written by Jewish teenagers and disparages blacks.

The video and song are titled "Harmony"
