Warning signs of heat exhaustion include: Heavy sweating, paleness, muscle cramps, fatigue, dizziness, nausea, vomiting and fainting. Effective cooling measures include: Cold, non-alcoholic beverages, rest, a cool shower, an air-conditioned environment and wearing lightweight clothing.
