BROOKLYN - Heavy rain made its way into Brooklyn, and will continue throughout the night into Wednesday.

The Thunderbolt and other amusement park rides at Coney Island were shut down Tuesday because of the weather, causing many visitors to have to change their plans.

The storm also made for some dangerous conditions on the roads. Commuters are advised to take caution and drive slow as the rain continues.

While the rain is making for some wet and muggy weekdays, it is expected to clear before the weekend.
