BROOKLYN - Heavy rains rolling across Brooklyn are wreaking havoc for anyone setting out by car or rapid transit.

Drivers say the torrential rain is hiding potholes in puddles, making getting around more difficult and dangerous.

Con Edison officials are also saying that the heavy rains have caused numerous power outages throughout the area.
