(08/13/10) THE BRONX - A high school student-run farmer's market has opened on Kingston Avenue.

Students from the High School for Public Service grow hundreds of pounds of greens that are harvested each week. The program comes to a community that says it does not have great access to fresh fruits and vegetables. They say markets like this one will go a long way to help residents lead a healthier and happier life.

Some of the foods include orka, tomatoes, kale and calaloo.
